MOSTLY HARMLESS – Incompetence and lack of vision.

Mostly Harmless is living difficult times after the resignation of its leading FC, Reza Najafi. Over the past 2 weeks, Mostly Harmless is loosing members and corporations at an accelerated pace. The last 3 days alone we see about 60 members loss every day.
The situation MH is currently facing was caused by the lack of vision and the incompetence of its leaders.

In fact MH is led by 3 people only and even though they try to create the appearance of a democratic system where corporations have a word to say in the alliance decisions, the reality is very different. Not only do they occupy one of the worst regions, but the increase unrest among their members will lead in the next days to more people leaving the alliance.

The main issues are related to the extremely poor participation of the members of some of the corporations to the called CTAs and regular PVP fleets. While few of the corporations are active in PVP fleets, many of the corporation members of the alliance have almost no participation at all to fights. Obviously this creates a lot of righteous frustration from those
very few that try to keep the alliance alive.

Unfortunately, things will get even worst as Mostly Harmless is in the final process of loosing most of their Technetium moons to EVOKE. This will practically bring to a full halt their reimbursement program and reduce even more the participation of its members to
fleets.

Apparently, Mostly Harmless is also reaching the end cycle of its life in Eve and since nobody there seems to care and take action to save the day, we may soon assist to the end of this episode as well. Mostly Harmless is the last significant alliance of the former
defunct Northern Coalition still active in the north. Right now their last Technetium moons were reinforced by RAIDEN and EVOKE.
