Game Over: The Coalition to End all Hi-sec Incursions strikes again.
Twice in the last six days, a coalition formed mainly by Kill It With Fire/Lead Farmers, Skunkworks, Brick Squad and lead by Krissada, has come out and finished off the Sansha Motherships and despawned incursions. These fleets are considered to be ‘illegal’ by TDF and BTL because BY killing the ms, they do not allow the sites to be farmed for days at a time. Anyone caught in an “illegal fleet” is subject to a blacklist and removal from BTL or TDF channels which have thousands of members between them at any given time.
The first time the coalition made a fleet, they formed on Saturday with close to 50 people managed to Kill one Mom and forced the incursion runners themselves to kill the second one. This left one remaining incursion in High security space. At one point over 900 people were in the public incursion channel for the lone remaining active Hisec incursion. This made it very difficult to get accepted into fleets and almost every site was contested.
With so many pilots trying so hard to get accepted into fleets, Krissada and coalition members Lead Farmers along with Darius III took another shot at griefing the Incursion bears. They formed fleets of Logistics and invited the unwary incursion runners from public chats into fleet. Many of the pilots invited to fleet ended up losing their Faction Battleships. The FC would warp into the sites and simply order the partisan logistics not rep those afflicted with the Sansha aggro. The final total of ships they managed to get killed is 8 Nightmares 7 Machariels, Armageddon Navy Issue and Tempest Fleet issue along with assorted T1 BS and logistics,all in under 90 minutes.

When the group led by Krissada struck again today, they again repeated their performance, killing one MOM and forcing the Incursiopn bears to kill the second one themselves. This left Hisec completely without an incursion anywhere in hisec. As of this writing, no Incursions are found outside of Null and lowsec. Public interest was keen and many unaffiliated Pilots joined the fleet. From the Crime and Punishment ingame channel ‘C&P’ to ‘Grief the bears’ the official channel of the event some pilots were even recruited from Live Events as organizers billed it as a Privatly run Live Event”. There were donations made and one player, Cigarellos, provided the fleet with 10 fully fit and rigged Typhoons, costing an estimated 1.6 Billion isk. The fleet was very much a public fleet and Krissada showed his organizational talents by recruiting pilots from far and wide. Xenuria was spotted taking credit in local for the fleets successes immediately followed by the sound of tinfoil hats everywhere being donned.
There has been much flaming on the Eve-O forums, with both sides claiming victory and tears from the other. Many of the posters in the forums seem to be under the strange assumption that this is an action by nullsec entities who “want to keep all the ISK for themselves.” All manner of laughable theories have been presented. The threads are in several different catagories by necessity because CCP is yet to create subforums for Incursions and Wormholes, and in fact may never do so. We asked Krissada for a statement and he delivered the following to us:
As we have just finished our third assault on the highsec incursions we can finally begin to see a glimmer of what the future has to bring for the incursion bears.
For one solid year they have had their way with Sansha and an endless stream of pure liquid ISK with a minimal LP store ISK sink.While CCP might say that the EVE economy is sound and well they have not brought us any numbers on whether Incursions are actually pulling accounts/alts from less secure spaces into highsec to participate in the shameless risk free ISK whoring.
Who hasn’t heard of a corpie, alliance member or know somebody (maybe yourself?) who has gone out to highsec for a couple of days to run incursions and earn ISK before coming back out to 0.0/w-space/lowsec?Is this how it should be? Highsec some kind of fueling station for those who want to actively go and PvP? “Oh, I am lacking ISK so I am going to some safe heaven to carebear up and then come back out again.”
This is as personal as it gets and anyone who feels the same issues about incursions in highsec and their endless risk free isk making is a very welcome fleet member o7. The rewards should be found in places where danger exists. There needs to be a reason for conflicts and wars.
So what have we the fine people of Kill it with fire, Bricks, Skunkworks and numerous pilots from C&P achieved?
Our first assault we killed one mom and forced the destruction of a second one leaving only one highsec incursion up for the whole coming Sunday.
The second assault consisted of utilizing the overpopulation of that single highsec incursion (with over 700 in the constellation) to our advantage by creaing suicide run assault fleets. Over fifteen faction battleships were destroyed in less than two hours. Op success!And now the third assault – ending all highsec incursions. No more isk making, only arguing and whining and crying in all the incursion channels. It is but a joy to watch from the sidelines as these carebears fight each other in their discussions on how to stop us.
